- near the famous Place des Vosges, Hotel de Sully and the rest of the Marais
- near the bubbling Bastille area, a trendy and popular nightspot,

and to bus line 96 which goes to many nice places in Paris (Notre-Dame, Quartier Latin, Montparnasse, also now trendy and popular Oberkampf and Menilmontant areas)

However the flat is quiet as it gives on courtyards, even that street is very quiet .

The apartment

Located on the 3rd French floor ( =US 4th floor) + a few steps, of a 17th century building. Charming staircase with beams.This 35 sqm flat offers :

- a shower room with toilet, facing a spacious cupboard, shelves inbetween
- bedroom with desk and large double bed

The washing machine is near the shower room.
Can sleep up to 4, with the sofa-bed in the living room.
DSL high speed access to Internet (better bring an Ethernet cable for best connection) configured for an Apple laptop.

A major feature of this apartment is that it is very quiet, giving on a courtyard.
It also means that neighbours are used to a quiet environment and rather dislike to be disturbed.

* SPECIAL RATE FOR THE WHOLE AVAILABLE PERIOD (FEBRUARY + MARCH 2010) : 1,250 € PER MONTH INCLUDING UTILITIES: Additional costs include electricity, telecommunications, reasonable brokerage fee

* Short term (less than 2 months) all-in rates for up to 2 persons :

1 week : 850 € (approximately 121 € per night)
2 weeks : 1,560 € (approx. 98 € per night)
3 weeks : 1,825 € (approx. 87 € per night)
4 weeks : 2,295 € (approx. 82 € per night)
6 weeks : 3,035 € (approx. 72 € per night)
8 weeks : 3,670 € (approx. 66 € per night)

For each additional person (maximum 2 additional persons), please add 10 euros per night and per additional person


* Long term monthly rent (for a minimum of 2 months) is between 1,780 € and 1,600 € per month, depending upon length of stay, excluding one time rental fee, outgoing phone calls, renter's insurance.
But DSL high speed access to Internet is included, as well as electricity/gas up to 50 euros per month.
For 3 months, for example, one time rental fee would be 590 euros.
Refundable safety deposit : 1,000 euros or 1,500 USD
